This Saturday after our morning runs, CRC will have a return visit from Kelcee at Fleet Feet and she is bringing a rep from Newton shoes to talk about running form, gait, bio-mechanics, and, of course, shoes. They will also answer any questions CRC members might have concerning these topics.
They would also like to extend an invite to get a full video gait analysis at the store exclusive to Cypress Running Club. There will be a sign up sheet available in the morning and anyone interested can reserve a time that day to get their gait analyzed. The process takes about 15-20 mins which is why they set up specific slots to analyze each runner individually, one on one. Newton has also set up a demo pack for our Fleet Feet locations to use – it will be a size run of men’s and women’s Newton running shoes that interested CRC’ers can rent out and take for a week to do their running, hassle-free.
