If you are ready to start moving toward the finish line of your very first  5K (or maybe your 1st in a long time!), this is the group for you! Absolutely no running experience necessary! We will slowly work our way from walking to running to crossing the finish line! The group will meet at the back of the parking lot/playground of the Coles Crossing Community Center (corner of Barker Cypress & Jarvis). Additional details can be found on the website or FB event. Our workouts will always start at 7, but please arrive early (especially this week) so that we can share information about the program and answer any questions. The main thing right now is stay VERY hydrated…drink lots of water all day/week & during and after your workouts. Eating a healthy, balanced diet is also important. Look forward to seeing you on Saturday.
