11 weeks ago, dozens of folks took the brave first step to come out to their very first (or first in a very long time) running practice with CRC’s “No More Excuses to 5K” training group. The training plan focused on intervals of running and walking, with increasing amount and duration of running each week. After putting in time with the group on the weekend, and committing to training on their own during the week, they are ready to represent the club at the Blue Bell Fun Run and cross that finish line for the first time! The will be cheered on by other members of the club running the 5K and 10K, and a whole slew of CRC kids will be representing at the kids 1 mile race. This race is always great family fun. Join us!
