Cypress Running Club can help you achieve those goals! Since 2011 our “No More Excuses” to 5K training plan has helped nearly 100 members cross that finish line for the first time. You can be next! The spring training begins on Saturday January 18th at 7:00am at Coles Crossing Community Center. Our organized group training focuses on run/walk intervals, graudally decreasing the amount of time walking and increasing the amount of time running over the next couple of months.
